Overdue update

To be honest, I’m a little bit embarrassed looking at the date of my last post.  But life is like that sometimes. I am not going to make excuses here – not going to make any excuses any more, just pick myself up and keep going.  I am going to work hard in the coming weeks to getting back to blogging regularly.  My transformation has continued though, despite my absence from this blog, and I have some things I am very excited to post about.

I have faced a huge fear. And it was nothing to do with water slides this time.

I have had my first one on one PT session.

I have done some serious reflecting on my journey so far – and it has given me strong motivation to keep moving forward and get to 77kgs by the end of this year.

I faced the Giant Staircase at Katoomba again – after saying never again in January this year.

I am about half way on being 165kgs to being 77kgs.

Feeling great today. Said JFDI this morning when my alarm went at 5.20am and went to the 6am Pump class at my gym on the way to work.  Have a great day of clean eating planned. And I think you can guess what my mindset is like right now.

So glad I chose to begin this 12wbt journey last August.

      Okay – I’ll work on it – if I can currently ride 3 metres unassisted, don’t know what my goal should be so the ticker actually moves off zero lol! Well, my goal should be the shortest ride in the Triathlon Pink in October I suppose. 🙂

      I only found that picture recently – I included it in my video for Round 1 2012 I love it so much.

      And yes – when in doubt JFDI! Don’t wait around for the motivation fairy to wave her magic wand, you know how unreliable fairies are!
